Fill out all sections of the pastor's reference form with detailed information about the applicant's spiritual maturity, ministry involvement, character, and calling to ministry from your perspective as their pastor.

Maintain Confidentiality
Your reference will be kept confidential and used solely for admissions evaluation purposes. The applicant may waive their right to see the reference if they choose.
