What we envision God accomplishing may be summed up in the following goals:

A training program that equips God's people for effective ministry and service in Christ's church. We desire to see men and women trained who will be able to serve effectively in their local churches and who will be able to plant new churches both in the United States and around the world.

(2) Biblical Foundation

A program that is firmly grounded in the Word of God and that emphasizes the importance of sound doctrine and theology. We want to see students who are not only knowledgeable about the Bible but who are also able to apply biblical truth to all areas of life and ministry.

(3) Practical Ministry Skills

A curriculum that provides practical training in ministry skills such as preaching, teaching, counseling, evangelism, and church leadership. We want our graduates to be equipped to serve effectively in whatever ministry context God calls them to.

(4) Local Church Partnership

A ministry that partners closely with local churches to strengthen and support their work. We desire to be a resource and support to pastors and churches in our region and beyond.

(5) Affordable Excellence

An educational program that maintains high academic standards while remaining affordable and accessible to all who desire biblical training. We want to remove financial barriers that might prevent qualified students from receiving the training they need.

(6) Cultural Engagement

A training center that prepares God's people to engage thoughtfully and biblically with contemporary culture. We want our students to be equipped to address the challenges and opportunities of ministry in the 21st century.

Ultimately, our vision is to see God glorified through the equipping of His saints for the work of ministry, the building up of Christ's church, and the advancement of His kingdom in Colorado Springs and throughout the world.
